Great location near the beach and promenade! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was cozy with a lovely view, and the breakfast spread was excellent. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway, we can't wait to return again!

The breakfast was adequate and we tasted hot drinks. We had the suite which was neat and airy. The location was stunning and peaceful, you can visit a screen cinema by walking.

The value for money was fantastic, especially with our lovely room that had a sea view.
The breakfast could use more variety in the hot food options.

Very warm welcome. Everything one needed in the very clean bedroom /bathroom e.g. good hair-dryer. Good continental breakfast. Honesty bar to help oneself to a drink at the bar after staff had finished work, a very good idea. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is very good for short stays of one to two nights any longer than this then facilities would be lacking

I had such a miserable night! The noise was unbearable-doors slamming, staff shouting, and I even got jolted awake by the fire alarm. It felt like I was staying in a chaotic dorm rather than a hotel. Never again!

Incredible and comfortable location when travelling to Lytham St Annes. Hard-working and very efficient staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Stocked deluxe double room, really nice beds.

The location overlooking the Sea & the Room had a Blacony.
It was quite strange that you had to serve yourself at what was called the Honesty Bar write down what you had had then hand it to reception this was then added to your bill, the Bar lounge lacked atmosphere & aftr 10.00pm there wasnt any staff there, your had a mobile number on reception if you required anything, & had to let yourself in the font door with your room pass, also the Parking area was poor.

Room with balcony was nice.
Maybe hot breakfast would be good rather than continental. A gym or leisure facilities I would usually expect for 4star but it was a lovely hotel

This was a very comfortable hotel with delightful staff who greeted you every time you came back to the hotel. The breakfast and bar facilities were first class and we could have no complaints about any aspect of the hotel, its environment and its services. It was a fabulous place with much to commend it.

Upgraded to a sea view room, great views of the beach. Breakfast choices were limited. Happy hour with gin deals is a nice touch. Parking spots are tight.
